Why grind adjustment matters

Grind size affects how quickly water passes through the coffee: espresso calls for a fine grind, filter for a coarser one. A grinder with precise adjustment lets you correct the grind when you change the coffee or the recipe, and a uniform grind helps keep extractions consistent.   • DK30 — 0.75 kW motor, 80 mm grinding disc, 500 g hopper and a precise fineness adjustment system.
  • Fiorenzato F64EVO — continuous micrometric adjustment of the ring nut, 1.5 kg hopper, 350 W motor and 64 mm burrs.

How to choose between them

If you want programmable dosing and on-screen controls, look at the MI40 Touch. If hopper size matters most, the F64EVO (1.5 kg) and the MI40 Touch (1.2 kg) hold more than the DK30 (500 g), while the DK30 has the strongest motor of the three (0.75 kW).
