PREPARATION: put a teaspoon of black ceylon tea in 350 ml - 400 ml of boiled water up to 90 degrees (higher temperatures can affect the quality of tea). Tea should be infused for 5 minutes, no longer because it can become bitter and therefore difficult to drink.
