Chemex Paper Filter FC-100
Chemex FS-100 filter paper, for 6-8 cups of coffee
The Chemex FC-100 paper filter is a filter specially designed for use with Chemex coffee makers. It is made from unbleached white paper and is designed to deliver clean and clear coffee. It has a patented single-fold design that allows for even filtering of water and coffee.
To use the Chemex FC-100 filter paper, follow these steps:
Twist the filter over and place it on top of the Chemex coffee maker so that the thicker part of the filter is on top and the thinner part is on the bottom.
Rinse the filter with hot water to remove any paper taste or smell.
Remove the water from the coffee maker and add the ground coffee to the prepared filter.
Add hot water to the top of the coffee maker and allow it to drain through the filter into the bottom of the coffee maker.
Wait until all the water has passed through the filter and reached the bottom of the coffee maker.
Remove the filter and discard it. Enjoy your freshly brewed coffee.
