At Cafetaria.ro, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not fully happy with your product, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

Return Conditions:

✅ The product must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✅ Used or damaged products cannot be returned.
✅ A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for returns.

How to Return a Product?

  1. Fill out the return form available on our website or send an email to office@specialty.ro.
  2. Pack the product securely and send it via courier to the address provided in the return confirmation.
  3. Once we inspect the product, we will refund your payment within 14 business days.

🚛 Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective.

📌 Non-returnable items:
❌ Freshly roasted coffee (for food safety reasons)
❌ Used equipment or items without original packaging
