Special Italian Blend Espresso is a 100% Arabica coffee blend, composed of beans sourced from five important growing regions, combined into a mix of 5 different varieties. This diversity of origins and varieties gives the blend a complex, balanced flavor profile, ideal for espresso preparation.

The beans are grown at altitudes between 1000 and 1900 meters and are processed both naturally and through washing — two complementary methods that contribute to the final balance of sweetness, acidity, and body. The bean size (16-18) is carefully selected for even roasting.

The result is an espresso with a rich aroma and intense flavor, carrying the authentic imprint of the Italian coffee tradition.
